Culinary Expeditions® Lectures and Workshops
Gastronomy is both an art and a passion: learning about food culture is an educational project. Susan Taylor Leduc proposes thematic lectures, in English or in French, dedicated to the history of gastronomy. Working with a professional team who shares her passion for history, gardens, and food, she has designed lectures, seminars and workshops for gourmets and gourmands who would like savor new food experiences while learning about gastronomy. Followed by demonstrations and tastings, the seminars are designed to enrich both the mind and the palate.

History of Gardens: Walking Tours and Seminars
Art historian specialist in the history of French gardens, Susan Taylor Leduc proposes thematic lectures and visits to gardens. Lectures can be projected or visits can be arranged to one or several significant historical sites. Select garden seminar-visits combine the history of gardens with the history of gastronomy to join these two ephemeral arts. During the late spring and summer, when gardens are in bloom, these visits can be arranged in collaboration with Gabriel Wick, landscape preservationist.
